The working substance of Nd:YAG laser is a YAG crystal doped with a certain amount of Nd3+. The laser is a four-level system with an output wavelength of 1064 nm. Under normal operating conditions (room temperature), the 1064 wavelength laser is the most easy to start and has the strongest oscillation.
LN crystal has high nonlinear coefficient which makes it ideal for the production of integrated optics. The electro-optic Q-switched crystal and the laser crystal are driven by the same driving source, and when the voltage is applied, the state is low Q, when the voltage is removed,there is high Q state.

Electric machine——When a 1064nm laser is required, the LBO crystal can be controlled by the electric machine to move out of the optical path, and the fundamental frequency light is amplified by the Nd:YAG laser and directly outputted through the light guide arm. When a 532 nm laser is required, the electric machine controls the LBO crystal to move into the optical path.
The position of the LBO frequency doubling crystal is controlled by the electric machine, and the output wavelength of both 1064 nm and 532 nm is realized on one laser. Among them, 1064nm laser can be used for laser hair removal, and 532nm green light can be used for treating vascular skin lesions.
According to the principle of selective photothermolysis, the wavelength of 1064nm laser can penetrate deeper into the skin and be absorbed by the dark pigment cells, thereby it can more effectively removing darker or inflamed tissues, and is widely used in various fields of today’s medicine.
After 1064nm laser light being frequency doubled,it will produce 532nm green laser. The 532nm laser light is effective for brown and red skin damage and pigment treatment. It can be used to treat freckles with small side effects, easy operation and no scar.
In the treatment of vascular skin lesions, because the pulse width of the 532nm laser can be adjusted, in the clinical medical process, lasers with different pulse widths can be selected according to the actual situation of clinical treatment, which can realize flexible treatment and greatly reduce the mechanical traction of blood vessels,thus avoiding the formation of purple epilepsy due to subcutaneous bleeding.
