The Prospects Of Er Glass Applications

This paper discusses the prospects of getting efficient laser generation from Er at 1centerdot54 μm with Nd and Yb co-dopants in an unclad glass rod. Target outputs at room temperature are 50 mJ free-running or 30 mJ Q-switched. By combining the efficiency results with the ion-to-ion transfer results we predict the pump energies neededto get the target output for various rod dimensions and ion concentrations. Recently it is used in optical fiber communication instead of EDFA for its more super plus. There is a great progress in this field. If you need er glass laser rod, we can also produce erbium laser glass with various ions doping according to your requirement. We have three kinds of Erbium-doped glasses for different use, EAT14, Cr14.EAT14: Yb 3+ , Er 3+ co-doped phosphate glass, which is applicable in high repetition rate (1-6Hz) laser diode pumped 1535nm laser. Er:Glass Laser – EAT14 EAT14 is Erbium Glass doped with Er3+ and Yb3+ and suited to applications involving high repetition rates (1-6 Hz) and being pumped with 1535 nm laser diodes. This glass is available with high levels of Erbium (up to 1.7%).
